modconf uploaded - please test it

I have uploaded a module configuration menu system called "modconf", in
a package of the same name. Erick Branderhorst wrote argument descriptions
for the network modules, these are displayed when this program asks for
command line arguments as you install an Ethernet card.

Please test this program. It doesn't know about "kerneld" yet, but it can
use modprobe and it edits your /etc/modules .

I'd like someone to take this program over from me. It's all shell and dialog,
but takes a kernel configuration savvy programmer to maintain it.
It must run under "bash" or "ash", and with a minimal tool set as it can be
run from the boot floppies or from the installed system.
