If you mean it so many packages provide them, I don't think so as I'd like
to have one good set of mime.types and mailcap, not a few different ones.
Also I think this would create problems with trying to install pine and lynx
where there shouldn't be any conflicts as they are totally different from
each other.

I think we would be better off putting them in netbase.
