New ncurses
At long last, I have new versions of the ncurses packages. I've spent
some time looking at the published bugs (and there are tons, but many
are old, and hopefully have been solved in intervening versions of the
upstream library), but none of them were immediately solvable, so I've
just taken care of installation issues---making sure I've got
pre-depends where I need it, making sure the shared libs go in OK,
getting rid of the conflict that wouldn't allow ncurses-term to be
installed, etc.
Bruce, could you make sure that the pic library produced is OK? I
integrated your stuff into the main parts of the debian.rules file,
and I want to be sure I didn't break anything.
