Eh, no. Ah, now I get what you're aiming at. Allright, I'll make sure
the Debian INN will reckognize both mode and xmode, even in
password-protected mode.
Just out of interest, why do you need it? I've patched INN up so that it
doesn't need localhost in hosts.nntp anymore. It uses a unix socket for
local postings (nntpin) and a pipe for ctlinnd.
