Re: Which files in /usr/sbin?

The general gist of this discussion seems to be drifting towards a
vaiation of fsstnd where binaries which are primarily used by system
administrators are left in /sbin /usr/sbin, even if a normal user
(e.g. a program developer, or ordinary users investigating software
failures) might need the binary occasionally.

If this is the case, I think that :/sbin:/usr/sbin should be added to
the default path.  If this is a problem (why?) perhaps this default
should only apply to the first user created on the system?
