Ftp method for dpkg

I have released a new version of the ftp method for dpkg.
New features:
Allows you to specify user/password for the ftp site.
Checks that there is disk space to download the files.
Allows selection of which packages to download.
Deletes .deb files of packages that have been sucessfully installed.
This time I have created a proper debian package and uploaded it to
ftp.debian.org, see debian-changes for the actually announcement.
