* debian/control: build-depends on gfortran rather than g77, update to
policy 3.7.3 (no changes needed)
* debian/rules: use gfortran instead of g77 (closes:Bug#449458)
* read3.for: removed white space from several lines with character
strings that get truncated (apparently gfortran treats tabs
differently than g77)
* debian/dirs: don't include (empty) /usr/sbin in package
* Multimix.for: removed several tabs from format continuation lines
(tabs are not permitted by the standard)
