       Fix LC_TIME, by Christian Perrier and Vidya Ayer.
     + fix_LC_TIME_first_weekday.diff
       de_DE, en_US, hu_HU, sr_CS and uk_UA locales define the week keyword
       in LC_TIME section.  This definition is removed, the correct first
       weekday is set by first_weekday.

     + fix_collation_dz_BT.diff
       Replace collation rules from BZ368 by the ones shipped previously.
     + fix_gez_ER_lang_ab.diff
       Remove lang_ab definition from gez_ER and gez_ET.
     + fix_te_IN.diff
       Last CVS commit wrongly changes noexpr, and localedef cannot
       compile postal_fmt, so revert this change.

   * debian/config.in: New *_ZA locales have been added only with UTF-8
     encoding, so drop support for legacy encodings.  Likewise for rw_RW.
