   * Added new command dwww-build-menu, which creates `Debian Documentation
     Menu' page by parsing /usr/share/doc-base/* files.
     This give us better control on the content and look of the generated page
     (closes: #110354, #180603, #60483).
   * dwww.menu-method was changed to generate doc-base-like files in
     /var/lib/dwww/menu-methods for backward compatibility and to call
     call dwww-build-menu.
   * cron.daily:
     + call dwww-build-menu
     + code cleaning.

   * Added new dwww-index++, which parses doc-base files and generates index
     of registered documentation using index++ command from swish++ package
   * debian/dwww.cron.weekly: new script, calls dwww-index++
   * debian/control: dwww suggests swish++ package

   * dwww-find:
     + rewritten in Perl
     + add support for searching in `Debian Documentation Menu' page
     + add support for searching in registered documentation files
       (closes: #51886).

   * Wrote Perl modules, installed into /usr/share/perl5/Debian/Dwww, used by
     the above mentioned commands.

   * dwww.cgi:
     + pass some new arguments to dwww-find command.
     + don't fork a new process, just exec other programs.
     + some code cleanup.

   * Reorganize source tree:
     + removed old, unused files.
     + moved man pages to man/ directory.
     + moved cron.daily to debian/dwww.cron.daily.

   * lib/*: enclose templates variables with '%'s (e.g. change TITLE
     to %TITLE%)
   * Modified all dwww programs to support the above change in templates.

   * Update all man pages and wrote man pages for new commands.
   * Update COPYING from /ur/share/common-licenes/GPL.
   * Update TODO file.
   * Fix spelling of `man page' (s/manpage/man page) in all files.
   * Add dependancy on doc-base (>= 0.7.17).
   * Drop build depenancy on po-debconf as debhelper depends on it.
   * Bump Standards-Version to 3.5.9.
