The delegation is not time-limited. It will be effective until further
changes by present or future DPLs.
Job Description
---------------
The Debian Account Managers (DAM) are responsible for maintaining the
list of members of the Debian Project, also known as Debian Developers.
DAMs are authoritative in deciding who is a member of the Debian Project
and can take subsequent actions such as approving and expelling Project
members.

Notes:
- The above information, with a reference to the present delegation,
will shortly be available at <http://wiki.debian.org/DAManager>.
- This a good chance to remind everybody that DAMs act under
Constitution §8.1.2; in particular, DAMs are entitled to take
membership decisions which are outside the scope of Debian Project
Leader authority, while still within the scope of collective
Developer's authority.

their important work for Project life.
