I'll add that it does not exist the legal stuff, it exists stuff legal with
respect to a certain set of laws.
If we really want to distribute only packages legal with respect to all the
law system in the world, we are going to have a lot of problems (and we are
not lawyers, either).
Frankly if a my package would have a similar problem, my behaviour would be
similar to your behaviour.
If I would be a mirror admin, my behaviour would be to not mirror any
suspect program (without consulting lawyers).
So I agree with you.
