We have a lot of those :( May I suggest you work on them even without being a
maintainer? Every bug with a patch attached in the BTS is only a half bug for
me ;) Should the maintainer not react and apply the patch please send a mail
to debian-qa@lists.debian.org or debian-devel asking for an NMU.
