Too long manpages are bad, info might be better for those, but usually 
dvi, ps and html are better. sgml might be a better format than texinfo.

info is practically unuseable to me, in xemacs info mode you can
search for the right stuff recursivly by just hitting s, which I use
most of the time when I look for some help. Also when I program, I
have xemacs running, so ALT-x man or ALT-x info comes naturally. :)
