Have to give away iceconf, gaby and gpasman

The gnome libraries are changing way too fast for me to follow the
development. In fact I'm still running 0.30. Since I do not see much of a
chance that this will change I put my gnome packages up for adoption:

iceconf
gaby
gpasman

Any takers? Iceconf and gaby are bug free. Gpasman though needs a non-US
maintainer who should also take librc2.
