I think the BTS says all thats needed, actually. To this day, 2 years
later, mhonarc still doesnt have the changelog.Debian that Policy
requires. And the libapache-mod-auth-sys would likely still be a RC
bug ("doesnt work at all") had I not NMUed it.
"Package description doesnt match content"? "binaries not stripped"?
"Standards-Version does not exist"? "bad copyright"? "new upstream
version released 1.5 years ago?" It goes on and on for over 100 bugs.
A 13-year-old can create better packages, to put it another way.
