intent to package slashem

Slash'em (Super Lotsa Added Stuff Hack - Extended Magic) is a variant
of Nethack. Slash'em is developed more open than NetHack and new
versions is generated faster.

I will take a close look at the Nethack packages to avoid to much
problems. (many parts of slashem is not changed from nethack)

The originally source is distributed in zipformat. That means uppercase
OR lowercase 8.3 filenames so I will probally use a alternative
sourcepackage.

I have not yet registered as a Debian developer but I will do it
real soon now. I'm having some problems with my pgpkey...
