I intend to package the html version of the book

ISBN 1-56592-093-7, written by Jerry Peek, and published by and
is copyright © 1991, 1992, 1995 by O'Reilly & Associates, Inc.
The book is under the GPL, so will go into main.
I suppose I'll put the whole thing under /usr/doc/mh-book !
