That's a seperate issue (and one which I must acknowledge was partially my
fault.)  The Debian policy is only major fixes for things like security
holes are worthy of updates to stable.  The problems in webmin 0.94 while
bad are not bad enough.  Some other packages like mozilla have had this
problem too.

Happily webmin has recently had a bug big enough to allow me to try to
make my case for an update again. :)
