Well, I see it makes sense to different source pkg names for *minor*
releases (enough examples of that out there), but Robert created a new
source pkg for a *micro* release:

$ apt-cache show libid3-3.8.0-dev | grep Source
Source: id3lib3.8.0

rotty@auric:/org/ftp.debian.org/queue/done$ ls id3lib3.8.2*.changes
id3lib3.8.2_3.8.2-1_i386.changes

I think that just doesn't make sense. I wonder why the ftpmasters have
let it thru...

I still have to hear his argument for doing this. He didn't respond to
my last mail...
