[testing] siag vs. mowitz

Hi,

I *think* siag and mowitz just need a manual nudge in order for their
newer versions to get into testing. This is due to:

  libmowitz0 | 0.2.0-1 | testing | alpha, arm, hppa, i386, ia64, m68k, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc
  libmowitz0 | 0.2.1-1 | unstable | alpha, arm, hppa, i386, ia64, m68k, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc

  siagoffice-common | 3.5.1-1 | testing | alpha, arm, hppa, i386, ia64, m68k, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc
  siagoffice-common | 3.5.2-1 | unstable | alpha, arm, hppa, i386, ia64, m68k, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc

  Package: libmowitz0
  Version: 0.2.1-1
  Conflicts: siagoffice-common (<< 3.5.2-1)

  Package: siagoffice-common
  Version: 3.5.2-1
  Depends: [...], libmowitz0, [...]
  Conflicts: [...], libmowitz0 (<< 0.2.1-1)

Thus both source packages need to go into testing simultaneously in
order for everything to stay installable.

(I don't know the reason for this pair of conflicts - I just work here.)

Cheers,
