(a) A week isn't that long.

(b) It's waiting to be uploaded; at the moment, the arm autobuilder
    (only one's active atm, aiui) is having problems with connectivity,
    causing uploads to not work and have to be manually retried, possibly
    repeatedly.

It's been marked as "dep-wait" on libgda-dev (>= 0.2.96-3.1) for both mipsel
and alpha.

libgda-dev |   0.2.96-3 |      unstable | alpha, mipsel
libgda-dev |   0.2.96-4 |      unstable | arm, hppa, i386, ia64, m68k, mips, powerpc, s390, sparc

libgda, in turn has been marked as dep-wait on libpgsql2 (>> 7.2.2-1), which
isn't in great shape at all:

 libpgsql2 |    7.2.1-3 |      unstable | arm, ia64, m68k, powerpc, sparc
 libpgsql2 |    7.2.2-1 |      unstable | alpha, mips, mipsel, s390
 libpgsql2 |    7.2.2-2 |      unstable | hppa, i386

You can find this out by looking at the "wanna-build states" at:
