when hdparam was in hwtools, it made sense but now a separate package
hdparam. Also since it is a shell script called from /etc/rc.S/, I will
use .sh extention (no shell loading).

So I have /etc/init.d/hdparam.sh and I set symlink from
/etc/rc.S/S40hdparm.sh to this.
