Problem with the BTS

Hello,

I have a problem with BTS: when I sent a message to
89693-done@bugs.debian.org to close a bug which no
longer applies, I got the following answer.

----- Forwarded message from Debian Bug Tracking System <owner@bugs.debian.org> -----

Subject: Unknown problem report Bug#89693 (Unknown error 515 on powerpc)
From: owner@bugs.debian.org (Debian Bug Tracking System)
To: Jochen Voss <jvoss2@web.de>
Date: Sat, 14 Sep 2002 07:18:13 -0500
>From voss Sat Sep 14 14:22:48 2002
Delivery-date: Sat, 14 Sep 2002 14:22:48 +0200
X-Debian-PR-Message: error

You sent a message to the Bug tracking system which gave (in the
Subject line or encoded into the recipient at bugs.debian.org),
the number of a nonexistent Bug report (#89693).

This may be because that Bug report has been resolved for more than 28
days, and the record of it has been expunged, or because you mistyped
the Bug report number.

Your message was dated Sat, 14 Sep 2002 13:54:49 +0200 and was sent to
89693-done@bugs.debian.org. It had
Message-ID <20020914115449.GA1213@tatonka.pfalz.de>
and Subject Unknown error 515 on powerpc.

It has been filed (under junk) but otherwise ignored.

Please consult your records to find the correct Bug report number, or
contact me, the system administrator, for assistance.

Debian bug tracking system administrator
(administrator, Debian Bugs database)

(NB: If you are a system administrator and have no idea what I am
talking about this indicates a serious mail system misconfiguration
somewhere. Please contact me immediately.)

----- End forwarded message -----

Accessing http://bugs.debian.org/89693 gives the
expected result for me, so the bug report seems to
exist. But it is no longer mentioned on the fdutils bug
page http://bugs.debian.org/fdutils, neither as open nor
as closed.

Did I do something wrong? Or is the BTS confused?

Jochen
