You can add your own header by that name and mutt won't override it, I
think.

It probably can't. If you have the different operations of "reply to
individual" and "reply to list", and Mail-Followup-To: takes the "reply
to list" role, then Reply-To: has to fulfil the function of specifying a
reply address for the individual. Otherwise people who can't change
their From: line for one reason or another can't say that they'd like
private replies to go elsewhere.

IIRC somebody (DJB?) proposed Mail-Reply-To: in addition to
Mail-Followup-To: to resolve this overloading problem.
