It's not that bad, if people recompile things, and people
hold packages for a while.
At least we don't have broken packages.
They can happen while alongside discussion on libpng versioning is
discussed.
It would be nice of course if there was a mass-NMU and
the breakage (unsatisfiable dependency) was fixed within a day.
and I am thinking that this kind of thing is inevitable with
png3 -> png3+versions transition, so we might as well try
doing this transition first (which involves less packages?)
and see how it goes.
