POSSIBLE BUG : some woody packages coming from potato and not pool?

Not sure this makes any sense perhaps someone can clarify the situation.
Perhaps I'm just confused :-)

if one examines ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/woody/main/binary-i386/Packages

for the package libident one finds Filename: dists/potato/main/binary-i386/libs/libident_0.22-2.deb

and it is not a softlink. What's up?

I noticed this since I'm mirroring ftp.au.debian.org but NOT potato
the result I can't download the package from my local mirror. Yes I could mirror
but isn't that an error?

So I guess woody is not truly independent of potato yet?

Description: simple RFC1413 client library - runtime
 This is a small library to interface to the Ident protocol server;
  "ident" enables a remote host to find out who's the owner of a
   network connection.
    .
	 /usr/sbin/in.identtestd is a small daemon (to be started from inetd)
	  that does an ident lookup on you if you telnet into it. Can be used
	   to verify that your Ident server is working correctly.
