That should be a link to the real root device. Its easily created if
realy needed.

I think the devfs nameing scheme in /proc/mounts if devfs is not
mounted on /dev on boot should be considered a bug. Anyway, even with
devfs, I would like to have /dev/root there to stop df from adding
newlines. Same when mounting /dev/discs/disc1, the link name should be
in /proc/mounts for nicer output.
