glibc build problems under sid

Hello,
    Is anyone else seeing this build problem under current debian
sid (ppc in this case) when trying to rebuild the glibc 2.2.5-7
debian source package?

install --mode=0755 /home/howarth/debian-glibc/glibc-2.2.5/powerpc-linux/install_root/usr/bin/getent /home/howarth/debian-glibc/glibc-2.2.5/powerpc-linux/install_root/usr/bin/iconv /home/howarth/debian-glibc/glibc-2.2.5/powerpc-linux/install_root/usr/bin/
install: will not overwrite just-created `/home/howarth/debian-glibc/glibc-2.2.5/powerpc-linux/libc6/usr/bin/./getent' with `/home/howarth/debian-glibc/glibc-2.2.5/powerpc-linux/install_root/usr/bin/getent'
make: *** [libc6] Error 1

Is this some new breakage in fileutils?
