If a freedom disappears at the moment you take advantage of it, then that
freedom does not exist. On the letter, however, according to the license,
there *are* freedoms.

I don't care what a CEO says in a private mail. As long as the license
does not prohibit it, ship it. If, at a certain time, transgaming decides
that Debian should be explicitely excluded from shipping winex, then they
behave as foolish, discriminating idiots, and I will not hesitate to call
them that way, in every forum I can think of.
