	That is debatable. FHS 2.1 talks about several `required
 files' which we do not have, and they mention a compliant
 implementation must meet the requirements of the standard. 

	We are far better at being compliant with FHS 2.2, except that
 we have /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 (the -4 violates 2.2). However, FHS 2.2
 no longer seems to have a compliance section, so I guess we can claim
 anything.
