It's a matter of fact that buildd.debian.org never really worked properly
with the hurd-i386 builds, and currently the site does not list any
information about unreleased architectures. Personally, I think it was
better when releases did not affect the unstable development that much
(and if the BTS would support architecture tags, although it seems we can
use "sid" for the purpose of filing important bugs without holding up the
release).
We are currently in the middle of a glibc ABI change, so we don't keep the
archive uptodate or package logs around, sorry. We will soon get normal
operation scheduled again.
It would be great if you could help us making it not a PITA to find things.
