Request for NMU (libxslt)

libxslt1-dev has had an RC bug open for 74 days.

The bug is fixed upstream (latest release is 1.0.13, sid has 1.0.6) but the 
package has not been updated for some time. I've built some packages of 
1.0.12 (1.0.13 has as yet unsatisfiable dependencies) by porting forward the 
diff from 1.0.6, and fixing some bugs along the way, I'm fairly sure of 
having introduced no problems.

If someone who is also motivated to have a recent version of libxslt/xsltproc 
in woody would have a look at these packages and consider uploading them I 
would be very grateful.
