It breaks apt this way.
libaspell10 is now the new libaspell10, and aspell-en.
Why not include this information into the dependency?
i.e.
libaspell10 is an empty package that depends on libaspell10new and aspell-en
libaspell10new now contains what was in liaspell10
"splitting" packages should probably be handled like this, or
you will get complaints.
