The idea is that after Dec 9th, standard+task packages (and boot-floppies
and debian-cd) in woody should be in a "releasable" state. From then
until the next freeze point, any final polishing and QA work can be done,
except for bumping shlibs or introducing new packages.

That sort of upload is fine, anyway, as long as any new libraries you
depend on are already in standard/main at the time you upload.
