On the bad side, the changes appear to have broken actually looking at a
bug report.  See:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=20695&repeatmerged=yes

or any of the gcc-2.95 bugs as an example.  The output I get is:

An error occurred. Dammit. Error was: No bug number.
