buildd results on non-us?

I'm trying to find out what is holding up automatic building of postgresql
for some architectures on non-us:

$ madison postgresql
postgresql | 7.1release-4 |       testing | source, alpha, i386
postgresql |    7.1.1-4 |      unstable | hurd-i386
postgresql |    7.1.2-1 |      unstable | hppa
postgresql |  7.1.2-1.1 |      unstable | alpha, m68k, powerpc
postgresql |    7.1.2-3 |      unstable | s390
postgresql | 7.1.2-4 | unstable | arm, mips, mipsel, sparc
postgresql |    7.1.2-5 |      unstable | source, i386

but I cannot find any mention of it in buildd.debian.org/quinn.diff

How can I find out? Where is the equivalent for non-us?
