I imagine a day in the distant future when I will finally code my ontology 
tool and managing categories will be really easy.

I am still deciding on the implementation language. It looks like that will 
be Haskell, but I'm not sure. Before that, I'll be working some more on the 
semantics of the ontology description language.

If we had such a tool, it could be used to write categories-of-packages 
oriented interfaces for just about anything including a unified documentation 
index like doc-base.
