ITP: ecamegapedal - an effects pedal application

I would like to package ecamegapedal, which has recently split off from 
the main qtecasound distribution package.

It is an audio effects pedal application, 
capable of applying ladspa plugin/ ecasound effects 
to audio input real-time, and emitting it 
to the output real-time
