If you use openh323proxy, you just try to connect to user@domain.name and it
will just connect you there. That's if you want to connect out. The problem
is connecting in again, people can't reach you unless they know your current
IP address.

So, I've asked on the mailing list whether you can arrange for the proxy to
forward your regsitration request to a particular gatekeeper with IP of the
proxy, then people can connect to you by name. Very cool, unfortunatly it
doesn't work yet.
