Just as another point of comparison, grub currently includes a good deal
of info pages and the same documentation available as html pages. It is
quite extensive, and even describes internal algorithms of grub such as
the bootstrapping mechanism, and programming details for adding new
filesystems (as well as documentation for the basic use of the bootloader,
of course).
