If it's so easy to find/appoint someone to the job, why is the job so
critical?

By the way: I think user/account management in a somewhat large organisation
always needs a little bit know-how and it will take quite some time to get
into the job. So i think it could be a could idea, to now appoint some new
DAMs, so they are able to grow into the job.
