ITP: uml -- user mode Linux port

This is a version of Linux which runs as a user-level program and
provides all the services of a kernel to programs invoked within
it. It utilizes its own filesystem residing in ordinary files in
the host's filesystems, and is capable of networking with the host OS.

This is full-blooded Linux, built from the entire Linux source.
Linux was created by Linus Torvalds, licensed under the GPL with the
copyrights retained by Torvalds and other authors, and exceptions for
user programs running under it calling it with system call linkage and
for retention of copyright by the original authors. The Linux kernel
source sans the user-mode port was obtained from ftp://ftp.us.kernel.org

The user-mode Linux port itself was created by Jeff Dike, and obtained
from http://user-mode-linux.sourceforge.net It is (necessarily) licensed
under the GPL.

I have a package prepared and am ready to upload. At least three people
have expressed interest in a package of this directly to me.

Cheers,
Bill
P.S.: I apologize for duplicating some of the information in the bug
report, I mistakenly hit 'y' instead of 'E' when filing the bug against wnpp.
