I'll take these two - if I can figure out the ITA procedure about sending a bug
report to wnpp... ;)
It's a useful C library for handling matrices, vectors and related linear
algebra functions. A colleague in Berlin used it to write an incredibly useful
program for calculating minima and saddle points of a function (e.g. for
quantum chemical systems).
