Location of -doc documentation?
I just noticed that `apache-doc' puts the documentation under
"http://.../doc/apache", while `debconf-doc' puts it under
"http://.../debconf-doc/". This is inconsistent, and I think we
should decide which is right, and implement policy with that.
I think it should work like Apache's does, and that HTML docs belong
in a subdirectory there; that is, no "index.html" files directly
under doc/<pkg>/ so that it's possible to see the changelog, &c with
a browser.
