ITP: wmwave -- monitor wireless ethernet status

This will be my first Debian package, so I'm keeping it simple.  This is
a handy little program to monitor wireless ethernet link quality.  It
gets its info by reading from /proc/net/wireless, which is created if a
wireless LAN driver is present in the kernel.  It is intended to
integrate well with the Window Maker windowmanager, but will run fine in
other environments.

I have not yet completed the new-maintainer process, so this won't be
uploaded immediately.  However, I will upload it as soon as the process
