"mountd" or "rpc.mountd" in tcpwrappers? (Bug #72049)

There seems to be no policy on the name a program should use when
using tcpwrappers. In the case at hand, rpc.mountd (the NFS kernel
mount daemon) uses tcpwrappers as "mountd", not "rpc.mountd". I still
think this is consistent with "portmap", which IIRC is sometimes named
"rpc.portmap" on other systems. But I want to get a few more opinions
before I close this bug.
