	Actually, that is not the only reason (or, IMO, even the major
 reason). Other reasons are: I only need part of a huge package, so
 please break it out; upstream breakup of software with different
 release cycles, Part of a package has alternate software, so breaking
 out packages can allow finer grained choiuces.
