Developers for GnuPG key signing

Greetings,

Just like many people, I am currently in the NM process and need
to have my GnuPG public key signed by a Debian developer.  And
like the case for many others, it turned out to be a tricky task,
because I live in Taiwan, and there are no developers there.  So
anyway, I will be visiting the US in late July, and would really
appreciate it if someone could eyeball me and sign my keys.
Here is what my schedule looks like:

 7/27 -       Dallas, TX  (2 hour flight transfer in DFW)
 7/27 - 8/05  Austin, TX
 8/05 - 8/10  Boston, MA
 8/10 - 8/16  San Francisco, CA

Since I am a moving target, I would also like to sign/exchange
keys with would-be maintainers still in the nm process (I
remembered a message a couple of months ago looking for key
signers in Dallas, no?)  That way you may use my signatures to
prove your existence once I have become a developer.
