Debian default background and debian default icon theme in gnome 2.14

As seen debian-background.svg in package desktop-base, i would like to
discuss it with the list.

I think the background image should be with less colour (whitier), and
with the swirl in some corner, or smaller in the center of the image.

The idea is to make the image more soft for the eyes, forming a team (in
the same colour layout) with the gnome's splash.

Also the default icon theme should not be the gnome's default one. It is
no appealing. we could change that one too.
