Bug#727708: initsystem decision process: Finalizing position statements before December 6th.

As discussed in the most recent CTTE meeting, we expect all of the
position statements to be finalized no later than this week. I believe
that only the OpenRC statement is not yet finalized.

CTTE members will be asking questions which are unclear from the
position statements in the next two weeks to make sure that all of the
technical details are understood by the committee. [Non-CTTE members
should feel free to suggest questions too.]

Position statement authors: I will attempt to keep
https://wiki.debian.org/Debate/initsystem updated with links to the
questions (and their summary) in this bug's (#727708) log, but feel free
to answer them before I manage to get that updated. [If you are not
already subscribed to the bug or to debian-ctte, please consider doing
so too.[1]] (Other CTTE members have carte blanche to update that page
too.)

Lets try to keep things moving and cordial so we can make the best
technical decision possible; thanks to everyone for their work so far!

1: I apologize if anyone was missing mail to the bug too; I recently
fixed a bug in EOC which was causing messages not to be sent to all but
the first subscriber.
